It will provide you with practical tools to help maintain physical and emotional well being both on and off the mat. And each participant will receive a personalised home practice if they desire…
Our yoga room is spacious and light, equipped with mats, bolsters, blankets and chairs for your comfort. The yoga program will include early morning practices, pranayama (breathwork) , meditation, walking meditation, sound and movement, discussion and yoga philosophy.
Enjoy the lush surroundings and luxurious accommodation of Hummingbird Eco Retreat. Each room has a double bed and ensuite. There are plenty of quiet spots to be found both inside and out for reading, drawing, writing or chatting. The retreat backs on to lush native forest habitat for longer walks.
Delicious fresh and wholesome organic meals will be provided by the Eco Café and there is a great range of herbal teas as well as organic wine and coffee.
This health-giving weekend can include an optional visit to the Peninsula Hot Springs at Fingal.
