Yoga, Wellbeing and Writing Retreat

Yoga and mindfulness practices will reduce resistances in body and mind, settle you on solid ground, leaving you free to pick up your pens and express yourself with enthusiasm and confidence.
This retreat offers you the opportunity to stop your everyday activities and reconnect with yourself, within and without. Writing practice will draw on your inner resources and the fresh new energy flowing.
Our yoga room is spacious and light, equipped with mats, bolsters, blankets and chairs for your comfort. Yoga practices will allow you to safely explore your body, mind, breath and emotions through asana, pranayama, chanting, study and reflection of select sutras.
Enjoy the lush surroundings and luxurious accommodation of Hummingbird Eco Retreat. Each room has a double bed and ensuite. There are plenty of quiet spots to be found both inside and out for reading, drawing, writing or chatting. The retreat backs on to lush native forest habitat for longer walks.
Delicious fresh and wholesome organic meals will be provided by the Eco Café and there is a great range of herbal teas as well as organic wine and coffee.
This health-giving weekend can include an optional visit to the Peninsula Hot Springs at Fingal.
