At 3.30pm on Sunday20 March, the sun crosses the celestial equator and day and night are of equal length, the Earth’s poles are the same distance from the Sun.
Autumn is the time to reduce excess heat from the system, support the lungs and let go of any accumulation so our bodies can gather energy inside for the colder months to come.
The class consists of:
• Gentle movement
• Mantra and gestures will support our body; develop our breath, linking body and mind
• Rest allows us to receive, preparing us for quiet reflection and meditation.
Meditation each step purifying the mind, moving it towards clarity, lightness and peace.
Beginners and experienced practitioners equally welcome, chairs, bolsters and care will be given to assure your practice is supported and easeful.
